this would be nice if someone could analyse one of the games downloaded from the welcome back program and see how the game boots up straight away from the harddrive,this would be great for future titles,

you can already do this. Just make an HG package and install that, then transfer the contents inside the USDIR from the game to the directory where you just installed the pkg.
