disgaea 4 asking for update to 3.60?

So i just recently ran across this problem with disgaea 4. on my phat ps3 i have rogero dex running on it. i copied disgaea 4 and installed the nodrm eboot fix. it worked for a couple of days and now it's asking for an update to 3.60 when i try and run the game. I've tried re-copying the eboot and sfo over again. and still it wont work. i went into the game directory and delete the files that belonged to disgaea 4. i even used param sfo editor to check out the sfo and it's 03.400. so i know the sfo is good to go. i am not sure if there is a spoofer for dex. any help would be greatful

Rebug 4.11 Version Spoofer 2.2 seems to work somewhat, you lose your debug settings, Install package files and /app_home if you use a different package installer you just lose debug settings.

Try installing an update then deleting it straight from the Game Data section in xmb and restarting, deleting from the hdd0/game menu doesn't update a database file so it will still ask for the firmware version the update needed.

i tried Rebug 4.11 Version Spoofer 2.2 and when ever i load a game with in multiman it goes to a black screen and i have to power off. gonna try the update package and delete from xmb now.
