    First of all, hi
I was trying to delete Infamous from my PS3 using a file manager, but accidentaly deleted it form the folder "game" instead of the folder "GAMES" (both in the PS3 HDD). From what I know noticed, the "game" folder is for installation data, and "GAMES" is the one Multiman reads the games from.
So yeah, no biggie right? Except everytime I try to run Infamous, I get a "Installed Failed" message
Does anyone have any clue on how to fix this?

Do you still have the option to delete the game data via the XMB?

    #
    1

Find the "Game Data Utility" folder under "Games" in the Cross Media Bar.
    #
    2

Find the game data you wish to delete in the "Game Data Utility" and highlight it.
    #
    3

Press the "Triangle" button to open up the options menu.
    #
    4

Select and press "Delete." Select "Yes" to confirm the deletion, and the game data will be removed from the hard drive.

Unfortunately I don't have the option to delete via XMB anymore...
I'm formatting the PS3 internal HDD right now to see if it changes anything.
