Deleted blank trophy data but grey folders left. How to remove?

I remembered seeing a post on how to delete game ID's that you had no trophies associated with so they wouldn't appear. It's othing practical just becauase I have OCD and it annoys me seeing loads of titles with 0 on them.

So I removed the directories and thought that would solve it, but now the titles still appear but the game image has gone and the percentage. Any ideas on how to completely remove the game from there?

you need to run the game again, it will give you an error and remove itself from the trophy list.
