Dead Rising 2 - Update problem

Hey!

Thanks for a great forum first of all, I am fairly new but in the learning process with Ps3 Backups and stuff.

My problem:

Trying to play Dead Rising 2, the game asks for a 18mb update, I let the ps3 install but when its 100% I get an error code. I also includes Castlevania 2 it seems..

Is there any way to update in another way?

Sure do the updates manually! Theres two site I know of where you can get the .PKG's
Google Either
Brewology Store
PSX Store

Go to the updates section
(In brewology click the Game updates link)
(In PSX Store click the Games and patches followed by patches)

Select your game, make sure it's the right game ID, download the .PKG stick it in the root of your usb disk. then install it via the install package files option on the XMB.

EDIT: Ballsed up linking

I downloaded the correct updates but when I try to install them in XMB I get error 80029567.

I have no problems trying other files, its just the update files.
