Hi guys, just got my hands on the game from Fnac and made the backup with Multiman, used belmondo's 3.55 fix and now i'm trying to update it, and it boots fine, but always give me a game data corrupted when the game tries to load it's settings =/.

Maybe it's related to Belmondo's fix?

    Thanks!

The game has a 3.60 eboot, and that's what the fix overwrites. You download an update and it overwrites the fix. Get it? That means your fix won't work anymore. Hence why you're getting an error.

But the interesting thing is chesh: the game boots, it even gets to the language selecting screen! But when it tries to load the data, it gives this error.

I think i'll redo the backup, maybe it's disc related?

Won't work. Will need different code (the original eboot from the update) to call upon the differences in the update.

The Thing is, on one mission the game lock-up after loading a save, and i lost it for that reason. I'm thinking that the update fixed that bug.

I've looked at it and it just a modifies the eboot, nothing else.

Use the rebug spoofer to 3.60. I also used belmondo's fix before the update and the first time I ran the update, the game just locked up. I deleted all game data, kept my save game, and reinstalled the 1.01 update. Lo and behold everything works fine, nothing is corrupt. Try running the 3.60 spoofer, that might be why the update works for me and not for others.
