Ok I can confirm John Daly Works.

Used Eboot.bin from castlevania
Edited Param.SFO to show 3.400
Mounted Game with Gaia RC1
(DISK IN DRIVE, EXTERNAL HDD)
Loaded Game, It asked for update, I updated
After Update Game Launched!

Tried the same on MMA but i get "Failed to install trophies. Please Exit Game".

***UPDATE***
Replaced the trophies with the Castlevania Trophies and now get an "Unhandled Error."

seems MoH doesnt work because of a compatibility issue... as long as it runs, it has past the firmware check.

What happens when you put the original eboot.bin from the original game (non updated) into the folder where the update is stored (and thus replacing eboot.bin from the update ?)

The same goes from all other games that works with these trick, like john daily... Does it still launch using the 1.00 eboot.bin ? Would be interesting if launching the games from their update folder would simply skip the firmware check !
