Hi Animex! I made a 3.41 pkg for Killzone 3, I tested it and it's working! Well it already works discless with a manager but at least you don't have to jailbreak every time you start your PS3.
Was sloppy when I made it though and didn't modify the param sfo so I included a new one.Anyway it's all in the instructions.
Only fired it up to see if it worked so I haven't played no more than 5 minutes, please report back if this pkg possibly removes the stuttering that some people experiences with this game when run with a manager. Enjoy everyone!

EDIT: Played a bit longer and this pkg removes the stuttering (for me at least.)

im on 3.41 and it asks for update. i copied the param.sfo like the instructions said. I checked it with sfo editor and it says its 3.4100 wth?

Hmm, that's weird. Try installing the game while in jailbreakmode using the hermes 3.55 spoof payload. Can't remember if I was in JB when I installed it, but it works without JB after installing, of that I'm 100%.

EDIT: If that doesn't work,try overwriting the old sfo with the new one using ftp, it might not work to just exchange them. And delete all gamedata before you install the package of course.

Hey does the KZ3 run better with your PKG compared to using backup managers? Is the stuttering & sound glitches gone?

Strange, are you sure you're moving the files to the correct folder? You should move the data.psarc file and the movies folder to the created hdd0/game/BLEP00001/USRDIR

ANiMeX thanks you so much for your work that you are doing here.Before some minutes i play call of duty black ops and need for speed hot pursuit without disk in the drive.

I install the pkgs of these games.Then do what the readme says.Thanks you again.


One question:

The call of duty ask me to update to 1.06 and need for speed to 1.02.If i accept to update i can play the games too?Or is better to leave it like now?
