COD Black ops and Kmeaw 3.55

I have spent houres on this forum and tried lot of the suggestions here and still can't get my Black Ops BLUS30591 to boot neither from internal HDD or the external HDD. I get black screen and PS3 freeze. No Errors at all.

There is always a ps3 disc in the mechine.

I have a Phat 60gig backward compatible version with kmeaw 3.55 CFW.

I used multiman and gaia to rip the disks to the internal HDD then transfered to external 250gig FAT32.

I can boot my original backup of COD MW2 from external HDD but not the Black Ops (Also legit copy BLUS30591 ).

I have tried the COD_BO_BLUS30591_pack for 3.41 CFW and didnt work.

I used latest version Multiman and set the permissions and also gaia 2.07 and no luck what so ever. I saw a thread here that said use patch 1.05 after you over write COD_BO_BLUS30591_pack to the game trugh ftp.

I cant find this patch anywhere. Again, lot of people here say that none of this is needed and it should just work off the external HDD with no modification to the original disc dump. (This is how my COD MW2 works anyway)

Please, any suggestion is very appriciated.

On external have you tried having BD-Mirror enabled, disc in, original eboot no update? Also the patch is 1.09, i dont think there is a 1.05.

(You say you're using the latest multiman are you also using BDEMU2.pkg?)

listen multiman dont work for me it has never work but the gai manager doesss but the new update dont try getting gai 2.01 this one work for me all the timee internal external n most special blackk ops n u can update n it still work so try thatt

I do not have the BDEMU2 pkg. But I do run Gaia first and then multiman and I don't get the error anymore.

The newer Multimans (2.00 and up) need BDEMU2.pkg not BDEMU.pkg to work properly.

OP, if you already hace BDEMU installed, did it ever run from the internal HDD? I had BO running on internal and external.

IT'S WORKING NOW!!!!
I think it was BDEMU2 that I installed. I did another fresh dump off my black ops at the same time. It boots from internal HDD now. I bought the external HDD just for this game.
