Changing internal HD with kmeaw 3.55?

Hi,

after I upgrade from OFW 3.55 to CFW kmeaw 3.55 I now want to change my internal hd (120 GB PS3 slim). Could someone give me a short tutorial how backup the files (I already used the option for save games etc. but what about trophies).

Do I have go back to OFW 3.55, change hd, do my backup from stick back to PS3 and then upgrade again to kmeaw 3.55?

Go back to OFW 3.55.
Change HDD
Once all is working upgrade to kmeaw again
