Cant transfer Dead space 2 from external to internal and ftp keeps getting disconnected.

Hello

Im trying to transfer dead space 2 from my external to my internal and it fails gets as far as 52% and wont go any further.Iv left it over night and it wont get past it.Im running kmew 3.55 with the latest multiman.Aldso my ftp keeps getting disconnect at different stages.I have it running over a ethernet cable so Its not the signal.If Im doing some thing wrong I apoligise in advance.Any help would be great.

Hey you can try Rogero and Gaia ive had a problem like that before and i used another backup manager and it worked perfect try that and get back with us to let me know how it does.

try running an active ping in the background to your ps3 while transferring. go to cmd prompt c:\ping (ps3 ip) -t

Will i run this when im using ftp or from when im transfering from the external to the internal ?

I switched to gia and it worked perfectly.Thanks for that.Can i set mulitman to load games from the folder that Gia manager created "GAMEZ"

Just an upadte on this.After transfering one backed up game and some themes it started failing again.It turns out it was the harddrive.Its broke.I couldnt do a full format on either my pc or ps3.Just incase anyone else has the same problem.Thanks agin everyone.
