Can't get Black Ops 1.05 patch working

Hi everyone, I have the CFW Kmeaw 3.55 and I have my Black Ops backup. The game is working but I can't get 1.05 patch working. In fact, when I go to "Multiplayer" and "Split Screen", I don't have the combat training (Bots).I have BLES01031. What I have to do ?

You've probably patched this game to work on 3.41. What you'll need to do is either replace the files that you modified for 3.41, or rebackup the whole game. Then try again. Also, don't forget to delete the game data if you played this under any other form of JB (eboot modifications, package install, 3.41 JB, etc)
