Can you apply patch updates to recently cracked games like Uncharted 3?

I hear they are going to fix the aiming in uncharted so my question is will I be able to apply the patch to my backup? If so how?

Usually a patch update gives you a new eboot, so if your "fix" involved a fudged eboot, then applying an update patch will require the latest FW again.

btw - What's the problem with the aiming?
I finished the game and didn't have any issues ...?

I inadvertently applied the UC3 patch last night, and now I can't play due to the PS3 requiring updated firmware. Now I have to recopy it from external to internal. Don't update for the time being.

if you mean re-install game data then yes, as for re-backup the game no. if you accidentally update all you need to do is delete game data nothing else

i have the same problem man.i accidentally updated the game and now requires 3.60 firmware??what should i do???plz reply!!!
