Instead of the usual BLUS-XXXX, can I rename it to the actual game name and will multi man run it? I hate having to look for the game codes just to see what the game is that I am transferring.

Actually you CAN do it, I have all my games (internal and external) named to the "right" namr, as long as it is in one of the folders that multiman looks at you will be fine, just make sure u change the name of the blus-xxxxx folder and not add another folder. The newest version of multiman even names folders "gamename-blusxxxxxx" so is easier to know the game inside a folder. U can even go so far as edit thr param.sfo of the game needed be and it will run no prob. (i did this for black screen games so it shows "(select+x)" next to the title on mM so I dont forget which games I have to launch with this method.)

Everything said in this post is 100% accurate.
    Launch CECHA01 60GB now 500GB
    Kmeaw 3.55 CFW
    multiMAN 2.03.00

-The only disc a PS3 can rip is a PS3 Game Disc!
-New versions of multiMAN can be installed over old ones, no need to uninstall!
-If your games won't work, have you installed BDEMU2?

Thanks for the info chrisbravo, so renaming the PARAM.SFO file you can open it with notepad and just add select + X? Example: Call Of Duty® 4: Modern Warfare Select + X
    PS3 60GB CECHA01
    Kmeaw 3.55

No bud, just rename the name of the actual game folder BLES12345 to Call Of Duty MW 2 (Select+X)

U can actually change the param.sfo gametitle part to whatever u want it to say, just dont do it with notepad, find either a good hex editor ot ps3sfoedit, if u do it with notepad most likely the sfo will get messed up (personal experience talking here).

In my case all my BSG show select+x next to the name on mM
    Ie "Prince of Persia (select+x)"

The name of the game mM displays on the list is directly from the param.sfo and it will wotk correctly with whatever name u put there as long as it has the right game id and is in the right folder.
