can someone please help me with this annoying problem

yeah, its happened a few times now and it infuriates me, trying to backup a copy of killzone 3, from original disc to externallast time it was metal gear, going to use iris, so it gets rite to the end then freezes at 1180/1181 files copied, the last time it did it the backup deleted itself, it just really agrivates me that it does it after ive waited, i dont know how long, just to see its failed AGAIN, im using very latest multimanager, i dont know what to do, its still sat there saying please wait but nothings copying, someone please give me some idea i dont fancy doing it all over again. its also flickering, the % is flickering and the last 0, weird, doesnt do it whilst copying only at the end , im using kmeaw

This error has been gone over countless times in the MM thread. You need to turn off the progress bar and it will complete successfully.

im so sorry, i will search next time its just i wouldnt know what to type into the search bar, maybe, multiman freezing, or something

how do you disable the progress bar, i see the multimanager thread has 1100 pages. i tried typing this into search, disable progress bar, got nothing

I believe it's in the options.ini file. You have to change it in there and then upload it back into the MM folder.

And, this is my problem with the Google Custom Search being gone now. I hate the internal search engine. Here's what I do though, and maybe it will help. Goto Google and type this in your search bar to search psx-scene: site:psx-scene.com what you want to search for - This will search only PSX-Scene for the information. I found your answer by doing this as my search: site:psx-scene.com multiman freeze 99%

k i suppose ill have to try using another manager, allthough this time it worked and backed up ok, i am playing it now from external using iris, my defo fav manager so far, i just wish it looked as good as multimanager, iris looks pretty dull lol, i dont know what im editing in the ini otherwise i could do it, i think, thanks anyway at least i know its the manager, hopefully rogero will work better

cool cheers chesh, its all about getting the rite words as well sometimes and thats what i have trouble with sometimes, when your pissed of, like i get, you know, i just waited like ages for killzone to backup then the thought of going through it again, and having the thought it might happen again, its stressfull lol,
