burnout backup problem error 80010017

hey i am asking for my friend..
hes having problem with burnout paradise on externel hdd..when hes trying to load the game with multiman it goes back to xmb and enter the game and then an error pops out that says an error occurred during the start operation (80010017)
help please?hes using kmeaw cfm

im havin the same issue with that game on wutang with gaia 2.05 im working on it now to see if i can figure out why its not working if you have a link to the original eboot for it it might help thats how i fixed gt5 to work.
