Bourne Conspiracy loading files from hard disk drive

Everytime I start bourne conspiracy (external) it has to load files from the hard drive, is this normal, its almost like its installing game data everytime but instead it says its loading files from the hard drive, can this be bypassed (takes a few minutes) or is this just normal?

Nope it's absolutely normal, i finished that game last night. Yea it loads the files at startup and takes time. Just because of that i didn't even shut the ps3 until i finished the game And considering the loading time it's a very short game .
