Black Ops Online version only possible?

Would I be able to create an online only version of my Black Ops disc? i.e take out the 'game' part of the backup leaving only the 'online'.

I know it was possible with Socom on the PSP and the file structures are similar to the PS3. Maybe a little a bit of tinkering with my backup relinking a few things?

There's two folder in my backup, french and english. Maybe link all the french to english.

I think the multiplayer parts of the backup are named mp_mapname (mapname is the name of the online maps i.e mp_villa.pak and mp_villa.ff)

Is there any software I can use to link PS3 backup files?

I only ask so that I can save space on my hard drive.

Used to use this on psp iso's.

I have modern warfare in my drive. I'm using knmew 3.55

i just deleted the whole french folder. no need to relink like on the psp.

Now, how can we remove the campaign mode from the back up?
