Black ops online theory

i got an idea how to run black ops and ply it online.... idk if it works so...
the idea is we install the firmware 3.41 with the changed version to 3 . 56 (the one to downgrade a fat) then patch the selfs from black ops and but them on the HDD and run thegame via open manager.

can this work?
