Create a folder called GAMEZ on the external and then put your BLES/BLUS folders in the GAMEZ folder. Everything else should be automatic.

As stated above put them in the GAMEZ folder.

Go to the root of your drive and create a folder called GAMEZ.

    e.g. X:\GAMEZ\BLUS12345\PS3_GAME

    Capeesh?

    yup done it now guys

just opened the hard drive on my computer opened the partition im using for the games and had a blank (empty) window just created a folder "GAMEZ" then dropped the game folder into their "BLES" or whatever its called, plugged it back into my ps3 and i was off can't believe the ps3's been this easy to overcome
do you think that in the near future as the hackers become more skilled that CFW's will be so easy to use that a toddler could do it ?

    Thanks again

im having issues comprehending how to rip my PS3 games onto a external HD. so r u saying that you first have to back-up the game using a manager program onto the internal PS3 HD first, and then u transfer it to the external?

No, when backing up your game it will first ask you if you want to back it up to dev_hdd0 (this is internal), say no. Then it will ask you if you want to back it up to dev_usb00 (this is external), say yes.

okay, but im still confused on how to set up my FAT32 HD for preparation. So I make a folder called "GAMEZ" onto the root of the HD on my computer, then I'm supposed to make a folder called "BLUS12345"?????

No. Your games will be in folders called BLUS/BLES with some numbers after it. Each game has it's own unique BLES/BLUS # (BTW: BLES = European / BLUS = American). Those folders go into the GAMEZ folder.

hiya from what i have just learn't what you do is open your hard drive eg my computer then select the partition your wanting to run as your "ps3 games" from
then open this hard drive to find nothing! just empty! you then create a folder called

    GAMEZ
then when you have your "backed up" games and are left with the BLES (this is just a game code) it could be BLES OR BLEC " or whatever you drag this folder into the "GAMEZ" Folder and thats it! job done, plug your hard drive back into your ps3 and run your backup manager and your away

or at least thats what happened for me

    give it ago fella

    its really easy
