Create a folder called GAMEZ on the external and then put your BLES/BLUS folders in the GAMEZ folder. Everything else should be automatic.

As stated above put them in the GAMEZ folder.
Go to the root of your drive and create a folder called GAMEZ.
e.g. X:\GAMEZ\BLUS12345\PS3_GAME
Capeesh?

im having issues comprehending how to rip my PS3 games onto a external HD. so r u saying that you first have to back-up the game using a manager program onto the internal PS3 HD first, and then u transfer it to the external?

No, when backing up your game it will first ask you if you want to back it up to dev_hdd0 (this is internal), say no. Then it will ask you if you want to back it up to dev_usb00 (this is external), say yes.

okay, but im still confused on how to set up my FAT32 HD for preparation. So I make a folder called "GAMEZ" onto the root of the HD on my computer, then I'm supposed to make a folder called "BLUS12345"?????

No. Your games will be in folders called BLUS/BLES with some numbers after it. Each game has it's own unique BLES/BLUS # (BTW: BLES = European / BLUS = American). Those folders go into the GAMEZ folder.
