Backups always Require Disc

Hey All, my first post and Im a complete noob to the ps3 scene

Anyways I've succesfully downgraded my 3.50 PS3 Fat 320gb internal to 3.41 (BD working) with Rockbox-PsGrade and have been jailbreaking it with an 1g nano running the Rockbox+Hermes4b and PL3 payloads (also have the 3.50 spoof). Everything is gravy and using Gaia, Open Manager or Backup Manager v2 I can launch all my backups (Which are listed as working "without disc" http://psx-scene.com/forums/f187/lis...8-games-70081/)

But whenever I select to launch (not direct launching) through any of the managers and am spit back to the XMB, there is no disc channel. As soon as I put in any original, wammo the correct game disc channel pops up.

I've done the search and found manager v2 is discless supposedly and the others are a combo of manager+payload+gameversion/patch but wondering if I'm making a complete noob oversight.

Once you go back to the XMB you load a game diskless by launching it from /app_home/PS3_GAME in the Game XMB
