Backup Manager dosen`t load backup games
Backup Manager dosen`t load backup games –
12-26-2010,07:53 AM
I recently downgraded my PS3 down to 3.41 with a Nokia N900. I then wanted to jailbreak it too, so I once again used the Nokia N900 and everything went good until I got to the loading of the games I backuped up with Backup Manager. I backuped up FIFA 10 and when I tried to play it, it hust went back to the PS3 meny(XMB). I have tried Backup Manager v2, Gaia Manager, Open Manager and none of them work. What is the problem, if somebodu knows.
Pleas Help.

After to loads the xmb highlight the "app_home/PS3_GAME" icon and it may show the backup.

I found out the problem myself, the problem wasn`t anything with the app_home/PS3_GAME.

Well, the first thing I found out was that there are only certain PS3 games that can be used to make the PS3 backups load. In the beginning I used FIFA South Africa and FIFA 10, those two diden`t work for me soo, I just suddenly picked up Ratchet and CLank Tool of Destruction, and YESS it worked. Second, before i noticed this, I was looking for the PSFreedom version with backupmanager enabled, I found one that was patched with Backup Manager, and when I used that version of PSFreedom I also used the Ratchet and Clank game. So I`m not totally sure witch one of them fixed it, but I`m mostly sure it`s the game I put insside the PS3. And another thing when I loaded the game it just whent back to the PS3 meny(XMB) and the Game CD had the name of the backup game.
I hope this maybe helped you. :-D
