Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland "Black Screen"

I just got the new Atelier Totori multiman finds it its all and good but when i try to play it it goes black screen on me. I amd using kmeaw 3.55 and the newest multiman also i am running the game from internal. The screen art loads up but since its a attalier game the sound does not play but still cant run the game any suggestions. And yes i tried the permissions thingy and all of the files appear to be in the correct paths. So anyone knows what the problem could be ?

I had the same prob. I copied it to the Internal HD and viola, worked perfect. Even after it installed all the info off the External. I just went into the file manager and copied the BLES01102 foler to the hdd0/games/ folder.

If you fixed the permissions the copy may not work and you will have to copy it to the external then the Internal or from FTP to Internal.

EDIT: I am sorry I just checked and this was I thought you were playing "Ar Tonelico" (Ar Tonelico Qoga Knell of Ar Ciel), a 21.2 GB Game.
I just D/Led it and the titles looked similar, and I had the Exact Same Issue.

The only things I can try and suggest that works 99% of the time if it is indeed a working non 3.60 FW game is: Go to Multiman and go to the File manager and copy to the internal drive. After that on the External try Hit Square and fix permissions (I put this as the second step is cus if you try and fix the permissions then copy to the Internal drive, it wont work). In the regular title selected area if you have an Internal version of it Hit 'Square' and make sure BD MIRROR is OFF (Un-Dotted). If that doesn't work try fixing the permssions.

If none of this helps try looking for The Adventurer of Arland "Black Screen" "fixes" or "solved" on google(.com) or metacrawler(.com)

Ok i will try this now i will try what you said and allready did google it and found nothing that could help me to figure this but as i said i will now try this and report if it works.

Well it did not work it is a 3.60 game but on all game lists it is marked as playable from internal and external drives. After lv2 patching it goes black screen and without it it gives the 80010017 error. Is there a patch for this or something like that ?
I will show step by step what I am doing and you guys tell me what im doing wrong.
1 Power console
2 run Lv2
3 Run multiman
4 Select Game from Internal drive
5 Go back to the PS3 menu
6 Go to BR disc wich has the emulated game.
7 Press X
8 Black screen
And yes i have inserted a game beforehand into the Blue Ray Drive i have Star Wars Force Uleashed in the dive.

So any ideas why it keeps going Black Screen ?

3.66 game and it wont run imho.

When the game starts it says its a 3.60 game not 3.66 but i will have to wait then.

i dont know about that but, when I insert my Game Disc on my Jailbroken Console, it contains 3.66FW and it ask for firmware update if I want to play it.

I dont know about the status of the eboot if it contains 3.60keys.

The US and EU versions are 3.60 or 3.66 and don't work on 3.55. The compatability list references the Japanese version which does work.

There's probably a way to get this to work using the JPN files. I'll try messing around with it a bit later. Heard this game is much better than Atelier Rorona.
