i noticed if you make the shadow copy (R3) with multiMan than u have to mount AC with last game or multiMan before you can run it with the xmb install. anyways shadow copy is better than full copy. very nice one.
thanx norain for the pkg install.
Here's a PKG for the internal HDD but I haven't tested it since there isn't any room left on my fat 40Gb Please try it out and let my know if it works.

4. Make a folder called ASSASSIN_ISO in AC1/USRDIR if you don't have one allready.

The EBOOT.BIN of the original game located in dev_hdd0/AC1/USRDIR.
I have done all 4 steps but when I run it begins and after a while I have a message of dirty disk

i've made pkg for BLES0199 - http://www.filefactory.com/file/b53be5d/n/AC1_119.zip , eboot is very similar to eboot from BLES00158. I 've changed dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/ to dev_hdd0/AC1_GAME 2 times(from 3). Also make some experiment and got an error 8002B603 - i've solved it from recovery mod - 4.reconstraction of data base - or something like that - not hard drive.
p.s. in zip you can find pkg(unsign) and eboot that you should upload to hdd0/games/BLES00199/USRDIR)
don't forget make a shadow copy to dev_hdd0/AC1_GAME and mount BLES00199 in your manager.
Sorry I'm kind of a newbie.. However most games I've tried so far are working fine, I don't understand why As. Creed 1 is not, but anyway I'll try to follow the instructions here later.
Before I do that though, I'm stuck with another thing.. I have the EUR version BLES-00158, and this weird thing is happening: I found this game in .iso format, and in USRDIR folder there's 2 files BOTH NAMED "dataps3_kingdom.forge". One is around 1GB and the other is around 300MB.
So I can't even extract the .iso properly because when I do it on the PC, obviously it's not possible to have two files with the same name in the same directory, so it asks to replace one with the other (!).
What the hell is that? I know that BLUS30089 (US) and BLES-00199 have only one "dataps3_kingdom.forge" file around 1.3GB, why this has 2 files named the same?? Has anybody else noticed that? I just need to know this cause this is a mystery to me seriously..
I'm tryin to find BLES-00199 now..
I am not sure, but i think BLES00199 doesn't have English.
