when I run it, it is stop at the start..... only can see SE's LOGO....

Could it possibly be a region issue?
I wouldn't mind a .PKG of this game myself, I'm doing my second playthrough, this time with Japanese audio.
EDIT: Just tried it and yep, I'm hanging on the SE logo too. But it could very well be the fact we're doing different regions to the guy that made the .pkg.

Yup, i got ff13 to work. In fact, it's the only game i own that's worked for me. I used to have that issue as well. But one of these two things fixed it :
1. use case sensitive eboot.elf when typing in the commands
ex : unself EBOOT.BIN eboot.elf
make_self_npdrm eboot.elf EBOOT.BIN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. instead of using ftp to create the folders, i used multiMAN to create the /dev_hdd0/FF13GAME/USRDIR dir.
Yeah, this method worked for me last night. I struggled for a while with the white SE screen but it turned out my problem was I wasnt creating that directory correctly. Once i created /dev_hdd0/FF13GAME/USRDIR it worked fine. I also created the dir with my ftp program (cyberduck) and used mediaman as the FTP server on my ps3, ive had issues with blackbox and permissions.

Try hexediting EBOOT.ELF by yourself. Make sure to replace "dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME" with something like "dev_hdd0/FF13GAME", then move white_data into dev_hdd0/FF13GAME/USRDIR.
I did this on my BCAS25005 and works like a charm. When the main screen pops up, I see the cursor showing incorrectly at the upper part of the screen, that's Load Game.
