80028F14 error on /app_home/PS3_GAME/

I am receiving this error every time I try to start a game without a disc.

The games work fine with a disc inserted by clicking on the disc icon, but none work when I click on /app_home/PS3_GAME/ even if there is a disc inside the ps3

The error number is: 80028F14

I am running 3.55 Kmeaw
I tried Gaia Manager v2.05, multiMan v1.13.04 and Regoro Manager v7.9c
The three are giving me the same result.

Anyone else have this problem ?

I don't have any hardware faults btw, it's just this issue which I think is related to software.
