Simply rename the file to the titleid of the game. (Example: sigma2.PNG rename to BCUS30380.PNG)

Thank you to you guys that are making requested covers. I guess I followed Jurai2's lead and lost interest in Cover Manager. I made a really easy to follow tutorial so you guys that need covers would be able to make your own. It's so easy, even I could follow it. Just use Google if you can't find a flat cover to start with, always worked for me.
