Is it possible to backup Disgaea 3 DLC to the PC and be able to restore it at a later date.

I'm asking because I'm getting ready to sink 60$ into the full DLC pack, but if I get banned from the PSN and something happens to my PS3 I'll lose the DLC forever. One of the reasons I don't bother buying stuff from the PSN is that a ban kills all of your purchases. However if I can back it up then that's another story.
