PS3 Stay Jailbroken?

I am thinking of buying the E3 Card:
1.is it any good?
2. does your PS3 stay jailbroken after you remove it (i hope not) if so what device does this?
3. is there any way to stop being banned on PSN?

Have you read their latest TOS?

They are the all powerfull God in the sky and if they feel like it they can and will brick your PS3. Doesn't matter if you did something, they latest quarter maybee looked bad so they need scramble some extra money with some easy repairs.

Just brick everybodys machines some pay for getting them fixed and some just buy a new one, If they brick your PS3 it's not going to get fixed on the warranty.

It doesn't matter you keep your nose clean someone else could use your numbers until you get baned and your machine gets bricked and not his because he Jailbroken his and diabled their abbility to brick his system...

So if you want to play a nice school boy change to wiii or XboX. Because there is no apeal, their word is final.

The should get sued for their TOS alone it isn't the 1600 it's 2011

Heard some people were working on some kind of keygen that changed everything that was special about your PS3 So only people using that will be safe, they get baned they just change everything and they cloned somebody else machine, it don't even need to be sold yet...

However with so many machines sold some people are going to get burned. AFTER the New TOS it's actually safer to have a jailbroken machine, sure you get baned but you can still use your PS3

I myself wouldn't risk using that and getting some poor souls machine bricked just because I want to use PSN, it takes just minutes to change it and play on PSN again but for every use some poor looser will get his machine bricked by Sony themselves....

If everybody Jailbroken ther machines I could do it but who knows if it even comes anything for 3.56...

Aside from the points made above, don't buy a dongle. Use CFW. And, you can't get on PSN and as long as you don't try to get on PSN w/ your modified console, you won't get banned.

Once again, you can't use PSN if you're not on the latest firmware version. Sure, there are workarounds, but they will eventually get you banned. If you want to hack your console, you have to stay on 3.55. If you want PSN, upgrade to 3.56, but realize that you will probably never be able to hack your console again if you upgrade.

you could buy a brand new PS 3 and if your unlucky Sony bricks it for you, they don't even care that people hacked their abbility to se which PS3 is which. They can make it look they using a new PS3 every day. they are working on a prog that generates it automaticly for you, just push the icon generate save preferences restart and they are on a new PS 3 system, if that works for one day or one hour they don't care, they just have to do the procedure again and again. Even if sony starts baning accounts they are for free so no loss there either. Onfurtunally it only works if you have CFW or if it's jailbroken. The bad thing is somebody has those numbers that sonys computer flags and they can only brick the PS3 that's on a real 3.56 so when the real owner of the number logs in to PSN Sony thinks he changed his mind and removed the jailbreak updating to 3.56. The New TOS explains Sony is Judge Jury and executioner Plus the rootkit inbuild in 3.56 alows virtually to do anything, they can use your camera eject your disc erease everything on your hardrive copy it without permision and the best things of all they can erease your firmware as a form of punishment and when you accept THE TOS you can't sue or even complain about it. giving them bad reputation is complaining so going to a news paper isn't an option because then they sue you for everything you are worth. So your option are limited to repair or new a new system, either choice you make Sony makes money.

So either PSN is dead or every person with a ps3 has to jailbreak it so using your numbers won't be that severe, everybody changes them until ther's no numbers left. However somebody getting his PS 3 Bricked because I wanted to play on PSN one day don't go down with me, I already would have problems sleeping knowing this partly was my fault, It would hunt me because I am an honest person and I feel bad when something unfair happens even to a person I don't know.

There are people without my problems, I bet some of them will change the number a couple houndred of times every day just for a laugh.

Strangelly I even felt bad for sony when their situation were very bad I bought 10 titles sony excliúsives just to help them out and balance out the pirates, I havent opend one of them, they are in the same plastic bag I got in the store I will se if I can return them now because it may be to late and I feel like a real ass right now, I am quite sure they have 30 days return policy so with gods help, however this thing with geohot went on more time then 30 days so i just will have to change them out for xbix 360 games taking a huge loss and sony still took my money. However I will try to complaint about the TOS and say I excluseveley play online and when I coullnd't agree to it I can't use the games, maybe treaten them with a consument complaint or something. the TOS issn't 30 days yet so lets hope I can take my money back from them. never again I buy their games...
