Got a defective E3 card reader

I have a defective card reader and the return or exchange warranty that the seller provided has expired. I know E3 card reader have one year warranty through the manufacturer. Who is the manufacturer? Do they have a website and contact number or email. Thank you for your help.

I tried to find a cached version of it for ya, but Google can't seem to find it. I'm sure the contact detail's around different forums if ya haven't tried looking yet.

I am quite sure they asked google to remove their page from their cache since mutch older things are cached.

Thats the best bussiness model: Sell as mutch as possible and disappear when the warranty costs are more then you can make..

Buying a dongel over internet you should be happy if you even get it delivered and warranties is a totally different chapter, i got scrued once on a PS3Break without upgrade ability then I bought a PS3Key which I am still pleased with. If you want warranty you should buy something that made similar things before and will make similar things in the future. PS3Key made WiiKey why I went the safe way and bought one, Buying a PS3Break made me realize how powerless I am buying things from the other side of the world. Once they sold me a dongel they didn't need me as a costumer anymore so replacing my dongel would have been bad bussiness. Also better buying from places that sell more then one product because if they sell you the product the costumer relations suffer.

I wish you luck but I wouldn't hold my breath....

Thank you for the info. I did search google and other hack sites but nobody could help. I guess I'm stuck with a defective E3 dongle.

i think mine might be defective also... it works just fine on pc, but i have a sd card formatted to fat32.. but i put pkg files on sd and when i goto install pkg files nothing showes up like it doesnt even recognize the sd.. is it defective?

on Package install tab hit triangle then install all package, pretty sure package your trying to install will
