E3 problems

Hi guys,
I just received my E3 card and putted it to test.
Well the downgrade procedure went fine from 3.50->3.41.
The on;y thing is that i lost sync with the wireless remote but anyway I found a temp solution through a usb controller I had.
I jailbreaked the ps3 using the steps below:
1) "E3fix usb freeze" installed
2) "e3fw-hermes_v4b-kakaroto 2in1" installed
3) "e3fw 2in1 3.55spoof and simplify free psgroove usage 12.16" installed
I dont know if I have to install all the above 3 but anyway...please advise
I have to always rewrite the 3rd step above to jailbreak

Open manager & Gaia manager installed
After transferring games from pc->ps3 through ftp server always the ps3 beeps and turns off.

I have still problem with the original ps3 wireless controller. I cannot make it work.Any suggestions for this ?
I managed to backup a game to hdd0 but when I try to run it...nothing

I cannot run any game at all copied to hdd0 and the ext usb disk (32GB) is not recognised from managers. Games are copied to root dir of the ext usb disk in BLESxxxx directory

Can you please help me ?

If your playing games from the Ext hard drive then you need to put them in a folder
called
GAMEZ

And you can rename BLESxxxx to the game name if you like......GT5 etc
