Just thought I would add my tracking number has not been added also. In all honesty I was not expecting mine to be delivered until after Christmas... I always try to stay optimistic when ordering from Hong Kong etc, we all know how long the standard delivery can take lol.

How many days you ordered the E3 card reader? According to my experience,it usualy take at least 10days to other countries by China post or Hongkong post , i hate China post , they don't provide the middle tracking info , they show exchange all the time,hongkong post it better,but slow also. DHL is great ,but too high Everyone should be stay optimistic,you will be pissed off and mad if you track your item everyday.

As for all the shipping complaints, this is the one reason why I hate international shipping. Even when I ship international. People NEVER want to pay additional for insurance or more reliable service and when its shipped out the cheapest rate and item is either lost or takes forever. Sellers get the brunt of angry customers even though item was shipped. Honestly, if item was shipped, its out of sellers hands as they're not the ones delivering the items to you personally.

Don't forget, carriers handle things differently, I know UPS and FedEx have their tracking available the next day. So you can not compare them with other carriers especially overseas. Even our own USPS (if you're in the states) is slow. Sometimes, I get the product before the tracking number is even in the system. Canada Post is just as bad. Item is sent Express and to be delivered within 2 days, its treated as airmail and delivered in over a week. And the price you pay for Express, isnt reimbursed for the delay. WTF?

DHL, UPS, FedEx is more reliable but expensive as shit for any international shipping. All the manufacturers and wholesalers that sends me products for review usually send via UPS or DHL. I'll get the occasional HK Post. Haven't gotten a lost package but have gotten delays.

LIGHTAKE have constantly lied about the item being dispatched...One day it has been dispatched the next day it has not and so on and so on....and when you have ordered something like myself on the 4th December, you expect it to get dispatched pretty soon after ordering. Mine was supposedly dispatched yesterday...but they said it had been dispatched 2 days prior to that also...of which was not the case.....

Order was made on the 4th when they had stock and item was paid for via paypal... My account says PROCESSING still, so who knows if they have dispatched it or not..Your guess is as good as mine!!

Unless that "tracking" number really isnt a tracking number? I dont know how the tracking for HK Post is but for US senders shipping International, we have to fill out a customs form. The customs form has its own unique number but is not an actual tracking. The number is for internal use.

So this "tracking" that LighTake supplies may be for custom purposes and not an actual tracking number to track packages. If so, this is misleading on LighTakes part. Usually Airmail packages have no tracking unless shipped via EMS.

I ordered the E3card (not from Lightake) to Austria and now they are sending it to AUSTRALIA...
