Status of my order is 12/11/2010 Package is shipped and is RRxxxx number. When i paste this numer in track-chinapost they say "No result".

As for the tracking number , you just need to enter it later because it take 1-2 days for the post man to get your parcel into their system . It's normal if you can't track your order immediately . Hope your understanding.

My tracking number still doesnt show up on hongkong post, and its been shipped for about 4 days now.
when i orderd from DX about a month ago, my tracking number never showed up on HK post, and showed up on usps about a week latter.
then customs took my stuff for about a week.

ive read alot of bad things about HKPost, but im sure it will all be shipped (eventualy)

Can you kindly give me your order number or paypal email address . I'd like to check what's going on with your order and refund you immediately , I won't get rich or something else because of your order . As for steal your money from your paypal account , I think you should sue Paypal as they have responsibility to take care of it , of couse no one would believe you that we can do that just with common sense .

Well Alukado, The dispute was closed. I have had a reply to emails I sent from Sandy, who said my E3 would be shipped yesterday 14th Dec but yet again it has NOT been shipped as she said it would be...

Dear Lightake team/mods.


I ordered an E3 Card Reader on the 4th of December.
I paid it within the next minute with Paypal, and got my paypal succesful transaction recipt 15 minutes later.
Since this day, my order is stuck on "Processing".

On psx-scene forum, people bought after the 4th and got their order shipped, mine is still collecting.
Should i cancel my order and get a refund ? Because it's been 10 days and still no change...
I came and ordered from here because some told me that you're reliable but i sincerly start to doubt it.

I really do hope that you are going to solve this issue.

Your order would be shipped tomorrow . I asked the customer service why your order is not shipped last sunday, just found your address displays wrongly in our system , and there are many orders like yours , my colleague need to log in the paypal account to type your right address in our system manually , that causes the delay . Hope your understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience .

Oh dear, I have been told mine would be shipped today(was told it would ship yesterday as well lmfao) also but my account is still saying processing... NOT GOOD
