E3 Card Reader Review

Is it possible to use a E3 Reaer to downgrade a CECH-251B at OFW 4.30 to OFW 3.55? I ran the Package that determines the lowest OFW and that reported 3.40. My question will the E3 Reader downlgrade a PS3 at 4.31 or will only a E3 Flasher work for the downgrade.

if your PS3 comes with 3.56 and above then there is no method to downgrade your PS3 yet.

if its comes with the 3.55 and below and you have updated to OFW 4.30 by any mean then the only way is either E3 Flasher or progskeet

have a recommendations anyone in the US that provides Downgrade Service and dependable. maybe in the Charlotte, NC Area. If not I cn package and mail to reliable dependable service.

Why not Google for some reliable console flasher guy? I'd probably want to do the flashing myself anyway. Don't want anyone doing any shady business with my console
