E3 Card reader on Kiosk PS3

Please help. I am trying to make my Demo unit PS3 running 3.60 to a retail unit running 3.60. I have purchased the E3 card reader and have followed the instructions but when I try using the card reader the light stays red and never goes blue. I really just what to remove the stupid demo stuff and make a normal retail unit. Please help. Thanks

You need to be running 3.55 or lower do to this. It's a good thing the E3 card reader failed to put the PS3 in service mode, because on 3.56+ you can't do anything in it and you can't even exit it, effectively resulting in a brick.
Your only option is to downgrade with a hardware flasher to 3.55, then use a demo-to-retail 3.55 firmware with lv1 hash checks patched out.

you can't jaillbreak a 3.60

Thanks for the info. I really don't even want to jailbreak it. I really just want to make it a full retail console and not a demo console.
