E3 Card Reader help for newbie

Hello, I received my E3 card reader today but am having some problems with it. When i pluged it into my pc on 2 of the 3 partitions came up i got the E3Upgrader DISK and the Removable DISK to come up on my pc but the E3_4M_Stick DISK is no where to be seen.

I've tried it on different computers but the results been the same everytime.

Im running a 32bit windows 7 operating system

the 4m is the removable disk m8, its 4meg in size if you look

You should only get E3Upgrade DISk (where you drop .bin files to program the dongle) and Removable Disk (where you drop .pkg to install). The other drive will only show up if you have a micro sdcard inserted into the E3.
