How to update your Max-Pic via USB port?

#1 . Download these 2 files first and install them:
Microsoft .Net Framework V4.0 :* Download details: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
Microsoft VC++ 2010* (x86) :* Download details: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

#2 . After done, then download and run* this HID_Bootloader_2.6B : http://www.max-pic.com/download/HIDBootLoader_26b.rar


#3 . Now just press the RED RESET/BTL button once, you should see the RB4 and RB5 will blinking very fast
(Note: if you are not use the F0 firmware, maybe the RB4/RB5 not blink),
and PC can detect one "HID compliant device", so it mean is in the BTL mode already.


The firmware updater should can detect your kit now.


#4 . Click the "Open Hex File", select the right HEX and open it.
( Here you can download the "Max-Pic&Pic-Fun_main-LEDs_test_F0_core.hex" to test )


#5 . Now click the "Program/Verify" button, when you see "verify Started", then mean it's upgrade complete.


You should can see the Max-Pic will auto reset and start to run the LEDs demo code.
