That's really weird. If someone else puts here that they upped the price again I think we should all complain. After all the shipping was supposed to be included in the initial $25. $13 for the product and $12 for shipping.

As you know, the old chip has 16Kb of progammable flash memory and the new one has 64Kb.

Is the chip supported by avr-gcc (in other words, is it straightforward to compile PSGroove for it)? What MCU value should be used in the Makefile?

Don't want to buy something requiring specific updates from manufacturer or lots of quirking around.

Currently you can only flash specific updates. You can find the program tool on their website. Surprisingly, they update their website regularly so new updates are available reasonably quick. Its a shame we cant erase the board and turn it into a normal dev kit..oh well, its still a good jailbreak imho

They're supposed to release a manual tool for installing your own files but there's no given date or estimated time-frame either.
