What hex files does this device use? Can it use the same ones from say a minimus AVR?
That's actually not the Hermes v3 but instead v2 posted on that page. The Hermes v3 is at the top of page 52.

google is your friend,
and all you have to do to install the drivers is hit f8 before you boot and disable driver signature enforcement then install them using the control panel, under hardware...just replace the drivers you have installed or uninstall them and install these.
