When release HERMES v4b

We need hermes v4b. Now we have only v4 so we can't use LINUX by Asbestos

this is the PS3KEY forum , op was asking for ps3key specific firmware I believe... to my understanding, the latest ps3key update is hermes4 , remember the "b" version only fixed some sources mess....

So tell me why when i turn on asbestos loader from ps3 i have black screen?

Not sure I understand the question entirely. As for AsbestOS, I'm not sure what your Linux skill level is, but this is not totally end user friendly atm.
