What payload do I have????

I'm realy new to this PS3 jailbreak thing and I have a PS3Key (Silabs) updated with the V4 original firmware.
I read alot in this forum about payloads, can someone tell me what pauload do I have with my PS3key, and can I chose anothers?
How do I change payload?

v4 is hermes v4b highest u can go with ps3key as of now which installs game updates makes games run 3.42 work with edited sfo

stupid question but how can install hermes v4b into my devices. I am running Gaia Manager
