Got my PS3KEY today. Downgrade to 3.41 on my PHAT 60GB went flawlessly! System menu says 3.55. My 60GB is jailbroken and I did not lose ANYTHING!! My gametag, my trophies, everything is in tact! So now the question is what will happen if I remove my 60GB drive and replace it with my new 750GB drive!
The only thing is no Bluray playback, If I can fix it no problem I have an Oppo-93 for bluray 3D
There's a backup program in the ps3 XMB. When I upgrade my 80gb to a 750gb, I used the ps3 backup program to move the contents to an external hard drive, then copied them back after I plugged in the new hard drive.Quote:

That sucks I never thought of that. (I upgraded mine shortly after the original jailbreak came out, so 3.41 must of still been out.) Albeit the PS3 getting hacked left right and centre these days.. if you give it a few weeks you might not need a USB drive anymore to load homebrew, be able to run a modified 3.55 firmware and connect to PSN to sync your trophies.Quote:
