PS3 key updated, now what?

Guys, can someone please help me out with starting out in homebrew/PS3key, first time here and it's all new to me, so appreciate the help.

I updated the PS3Key to 4.0, all good and the old PS3 can see the key and contents....

I upgraded the internal HD to a 500GB hoping to put some games on it.
Please explain to me what I need to do so I can play downloaded 'homebrew' from the internal HDD? I downloaded openbackupmanager 1.7.2 but not installed it yet as I need to know if I can play games from the internal HDD.
Was thinking o dumping the contents on to a fat32 usb key and transfering files from this to the internal PS3 HDD.

Yes you can play games from your internal HDD. Install open manager, backup your games and play them.

best thing to do is search and read up. everything is posted on this forum.
cos theres a lot to understand when you start jailbreaking

[lang=pt]Não é dificil, mas primeiro de tudo vc precisa estar com a firmware 3.41, se vc estiver com maior, tem que fazer o downgrade que já esta disponivel para versões ate 3.50.
Coloca o jailbreak no usb, tira o cabo de energia e coloca de novo, aperta power e depois eject, aguarde um pouco e ele (jailbeak) ficara azul.
Agora vc coloca no usb o pendrive com o open manager, vai em install package e pronto.... agora é só lero que cada botão faz e seja feliz para sempre !!![/lang]
