I originally posted it here because i used my PS3key
so here goes
Your PS3 should made 4-5 beeps and then it turns off.
You won't be able to access the recovery menu!
Download the Official PS3 3.50 Firmware.
PS3 Firmware 3.50 Download
Download the 3.55 Downgrade files.

Format Your USB (FAT32)
And Place the Lv2diag.self from the folder (FILE1) to your USB ROOT
Same for your 3.50 OFW
Don't make any folders.
Turn on your PS3 and then quickly press the eject button.
Your PS3 must be on Factory mode now!
Then insert your USB drive to the PS3 and Turn it on!
Wait 3-4 minutes!
And that's it!
You have an unbricked PS3 with 3.50 OFW!
Note:I haven't tested this with other Firmwares!
Good Luck!

it is even easier by switching hdds. this way you can prevent the complete hdd format and downgrade without loss of your data.
another thought:
make a 3.41 debug downgrade and try to use the old 3.41.1 rebug payload on a dongle. maybe this way you can use the debug firmware.
