Can't put it on bootloader mode

Hi all.
Today i bought a PS3KEY my first step was to go online at Official PS3Key Website and create a new account and validate my ps3key.all success but my problem is have follow all guides about how you can put your ps3key into bootloader mode and how you can flash it with new one file v4.3. i have try it in 2 computers but cant do.
i upload a photo if any one knows how i can put a pin to reset from the board.

maybe your ps3key is silabs chipset
just leave on computer connected for 30 sec and new hard drive will be found
to update just download and copy new file on ps3key hard drive

you have right. my ps3key is silabs chipset but the funny is on ps3key site they have validate my serial number for atmel chip and nor for silabs.
