Anyone with download link to update 4.0 for ATMEL??

Since the 4.3/PSN update is basically useless now, I wanted to flash back to 4.0 (it was more stable for me; 4.3 for some reason doesn't jailbreak right every time). Their site however, is acting weird and none of the links work so I was wondering if anyone can post a link to that file, for ATMEL. I'd appreciate it.
