WKC 2 Modding

Hi I have been playing WKC2 online for some time now and i have come across some players that have modded game save but
instead of having max stats or max HP and MP this player has modded the weapons so the weapons hit at 9999.
I have been reading up on this and have come to the conclusion that they have used a hex editor to get this result so my question is this????

I have hex editor but when i put my game save of WKC2 to this i get some writing on the right but the rest is numbers and symbles I want to accomplish the weapons mod.
Could some one pleas reply to me that knows how this is done Thank You.

They're using a tool similar to the GameShark PS3 save editor. You're not going to be able to edit it by hand in a hex editor because it's encrypted. BTW, online cheaters should be drug out in to the street and beaten. Offline cheating is one thing (I do it sometimes) but when you're up against other players you should stand on your own gameplay
