What Cool Mods are there for Oblivion GOTY and GTAIV CE PS3

OK so I havent modded ps3 gmaes before. I assume i just take the file and overwrite the original file with the modded one, please fill me in if im assuming wrong.

So what cool mods are there for Oblivion GOTY and GTAIV CE?

I saw the GTAIV ICE color enhancer thing and didnt get a chance to try it yet. I am more interested though in changing gameplay like the GTAIV PC Mods, is there anything cool I can do.

But more importantly i hear how the PC version of Oblivion is so much better because of MODS and id like to know what cool things i could do to mod oblivion.

Also im not interested in any cheats or god modes just stuff that adds to the gameplay like visuals or new maps/levels/enemies type stuff or really anything to make the game more fun.

Im a newb to ps3 game modding so any help i will appreciate

There is a good tut and some mods on Oblivion GOTY modding in this section but problem is u have to have it internal and use a PKG to start the game like the old Geohot firmware way for mods to even work

I don't recall ever seeing this mentioned back when I was looking for help as to why the mods wouldn't work for the game.

thanks for the info Saren...i just did my first mod yesterday on GTAIV CE. I tried out the ECLiced to make the colors look better and I think its pretty good but im looking for mods that will change the gameplay like new scripts. I dont think there is anything for GTAIV on PS3 like that yet.

I will start looking into Oblivion and I guess I wouldnt mind running it from a package, i run all my backups from external so i got plenty of room on the internal.
