I think I've found a way to do this
The first thing you do is extract the datafile.big so it makes a folder with text documents like items.txt
In the folder you should see a text file called missions.txt
Inside of it you see stuff like this

I haven't tried this yet, but i think you can change the start time of the mission at the line: StartTime = "86400"
