Hi,
just google for Final Fantasy XIII save editor from Jappi88. You will find the tool which is normally for the X360 Version of the game, but it lets you also edit the status of your characters on PS3 Saves.

If i remember right i have tried the one you mentioned before it doesn't work.
It's ok i have finally found out how to use the hex.

Help. I am 40 hours in and my save was corrupted. When I checked my files, all of them were white and would not load except one luckily. However, I can load the save, but I am basically trapped. I have three options, Serendipity, Coliseum, and Dying World 700 AF. I couldn't save files after loading, but went online and found the Jappi tool to mod my save. Once I make any change and save it such as raising my gil by one, I am now able to save the game but I am still stuck. When I go to Dying World 700AF, it spawns me at the gate in the middle north of the map, but I am trapped as I dont have Mog's ability to materialize the bridges. Serah is crying as she runs, but Noel is right there behind me! I guess what I am asking is if someone can provide me the the Offset, or item_id for the item 'Determination' Gate Seal. I need the seal item so I can close the gate(hopefully) and restart the story sequence in chapter five so I can track down Noel and get out of this place. I would be very appreciative for the help. Heck I'd probably Paypal you 10 bucks for your time. PLZ HELP!!!!

Except I could care less about their stats at the point of where I am now...right now I just need CP and gil rly. And the capacity...
So FF means "max" right?
